Fees

Tuition fees for the full year need to be paid once an offer has been made and prior to the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) being issued. We will only accept payment in Sterling, so we recommend that you have made arrangements for a Sterling payment before you accept your course.

The fees for each of our courses are listing on each individual course page. For those degree courses that are in partnership with either Middlesex University or Edinburgh Napier please visit their website for full fee information.

When we issue a visa letter we will include full details of the relevant tuition fees and include any advanced payment that we have already received.

This letter will be sent to applicants automatically once their offer is unconditional and has been firmly accepted and can be used as proof of advance payment for a UK General Student visa application.

Please be aware that should you decided to withdraw from a course once it has started our terms and conditions will apply. This means that refunds will not be given. By making the decision to enrol on once of our courses it will be you personally that is liable to meet any payment deadlines set.

All our students are urged to seek any additional sources if they can to support financially with training costs. It may be worth investigate if there are any grants, bursaries or scholarship available from within your home country.

If you choose to pay by our Pay As you Learn Scheme it is recommended that you review our policies below:

Pay As You Learn Terms and Conditions – Direct debit payments
Pay As You Learn Terms and Conditions – Credit/debit cards

When considering your expenses in addition to your fees please ensure that you have taken into account how you will support yourself, particularly if you are moving to the UK. You will need to make sure you budget for all costs such as your accommodation, bills, travel, groceries and social activities. The most important advice current International Students in the UK would give other International Students planning to come and study in the UK is to plan a budget before arrival. Further advice can be found by visiting the UK Council for International Student Affairs website.
